His localised, conscientious approach to every element within hospitality has allowed him to work with emerging and established venues both in Bali as well as internationally. Most recently Dewa transformed Mano Beach House from a beachside shack to one of the most sought after sunset spots in Bali.

Windu Tenaya

Starting his career almost 20 years ago at the KuDeTa, one of Bali’s most highly acclaimed beachfront restaurants and bars, Windu lives and breathes all things bartending. As a Bartender he seamlessly blends art and science, developing cocktail menus all over the island. Formerly managing the operations of Kynd Community, a plant-based cafe in Seminyak which employs a team of over 100 staff.

Yudha Permana

Balinese-roots Chef Yudha Permana steers menu visions for Pulau Projects, testing and creating unique culinary experiences. Honing his skills working alongside Chef-Owner Kieran Morlan and Head Chef Mexie Millian at Sangsaka Restaurant, an elevated Indonesian restaurant, before successfully leading the research and development at the culinary division of Mano Beach House.
